CASE # 1 <br />REVIEW OPTIONS FOR LAND USE AND TRANSPORTATION <br />AMENDMENTS TO COMPREHENSIVE PLAN <br />By: Sylvia Frolik, Zoning Administrator <br />Background: <br />For several months, the Planning Commission and City Staff have been working with consultants <br />to update the land use and transportation elements of the Comprehensive Plan. <br />Observations: <br />The enclosed is a report prepared by RLK Associates, Ltd. which represents the selected <br />alternatives for the land use and transportation updates to the Comprehensive Plan. Prior to <br />scheduling any public hearing, the Planning Commission requested a joint meeting with the City <br />Council to provide them with background information as to how the selected alternatives were <br />arrived at.
