The attached exhibit replaces that which you received on 5/17/94 for use at the 5/19/94 Special <br />Planning Commission meeting. The exhibit has been reworked for more ease in comparison <br />purposes. The land use issue will again be discussed with the consultants at the regular Planning <br />Commission meeting on Monday, June 6. Use the figures distributed on 5/17/94 and this <br />comparison chart to prepare for selecting the preferred land use scheme in the subject area, keeping <br />in mind there is a need to increase the amount of single family and multi -family residential property <br />in the City. <br />Sylvia Frolik <br />
