Commissioner Bauer introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #14 -06 -103 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A VARIANCE AND DECLARING <br />TERMS OF SAME <br />WHEREAS, Greg Bauer hereinafter referred to as "PERMITTEE ", has properly applied <br />for a variance from the minimum lot width requirement established in Section 117 -111 of the <br />Ramsey City Code in order to reconfigure existing lot lines without creating any new buildable <br />lots on the following legally described property in Exhibit A, attached hereto: <br />( "Subject Property") <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a Public Hearing for a variance to <br />minimum lot width/street frontage for the Applicant on June 5, 2014; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission adopted Resolution #14 -06 -102 adopting <br />findings of fact related to the request. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION <br />OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1. Based on Findings of Fact #0928, a variance from minimum street frontage and lot width <br />requirements to allow for the reconfiguration of existing lot lines is hereby granted. <br />2. No additional primary structures or buildable lots is permitted based on approval of this <br />variance. <br />3. This variance shall automatically expire if it is not initiated by June 5, 2015, and recording of <br />a Final Plat shall constitute initiation. The Permittee may petition for an extension of time in <br />which to complete the variance. Such extension shall be requested in writing and filed with <br />the City at least 30 days before the expiration of the original variance. <br />4. The Subject Property is eligible for building permits for structures that meet the minimum <br />standards of City Code. No further building permits for additional residential structures will <br />be issued until such time as the Subject Property is replatted in accordance with City Code <br />and access is provided via a public road improved to City standards. <br />5. The Permittee agrees that this variance shall be recorded in the office of the Anoka County <br />Recorder. <br />6. The Permittee shall be responsible for all City costs incurred in administering and enforcing <br />this variance. <br />
