MAYOR, COUNCIL AND STAFF INPUT <br />8.01: City Council's Summary of Conclusions Regarding the City Administrator's Mid - <br />Year Review as Required per Minnesota Statute 13D.05, Subd. 3a <br />Mayor Strommen presented the conclusion of the City Council that City Administrator Ulrich's <br />progress towards Council's established goals met their expectations. She thanked City <br />Administrator Ulrich for his work in that regard. <br />8.02: Other <br />City Administrator Ulrich announced upcoming election dates, meetings, and events. <br />Community Development Director Gladhill provided an update on public comments related to <br />the Critical Mississippi Corridor Rules. He advised of the comment process and that it will be <br />presented to the Council at its August 11, 2014 meeting. <br />Councilmember Riley reminded residents of the State Law to stop for pedestrians. <br />9.
