Trail connections are <br />being completed that connect Ramsey to the Twin Cities - and south to Hastings as part of the National Mississippi River Trail. <br />The 2013 work will construct the trail from Anoka to Mississippi West Park. The 2014 work will construct the trail from Mississippi River West <br />Park to the city of Elk River limits. <br />Justification <br />A detailed feasibility study has been prepared. The total project is estimated at $1,300,000.
