CC Regular Session <br />Meeting Date: 06/24/2014 <br />Submitted For: Bruce Westby, Engineering/Public Works <br />By: MaryJo Warner, Engineering/Public Works <br />4. 10. <br />Information <br />Title <br />Adopt Resolution #14-06-111 approving partial payment to North Metro Asphalt for IP 13-13; Armstrong <br />Boulevard Trail Extension between Alpine Drive and 161st Avenue. <br />Purpose/Background: <br />In May of 2014 the Engineering Technician IV inspected the completed work (Armstrong Boulevard Trail <br />Extension) and recommended partial payment to North Metro Asphalt for $61,819.87. This partial payment was <br />approved as part of the May bill approvals and payment was issued . A follow up resolution should have been <br />presented to the City Council for adoption at its May 27, 2014 meeting.
