CC Regular Session <br />Meeting Date: 06/24/2014 <br />Submitted For: Mark Riverblood, Engineering/Public Works <br />By: MaryJo Warner, Engineering/Public Works <br />4. 17. <br />Information <br />Title <br />Adopt Resolution #14-06-105 approving partial payment to American Liberty Construction Inc. for IP 13-14 <br />Elmcrest Park's Community Building <br />Purpose/Background: <br />In April of 2014 the Parks & Assistant Public Works Superintendent inspected the completed work and <br />recommends partial payment to American Liberty Construction for $123,424.24. This partial payment was <br />approved as part of the April bill approvals and payment was issued . A follow up resolution should have been <br />presented to the City Council for adoption at its April 22, 2014 meeting.
