CC Regular Session <br />Meeting Date: 06/24/2014 <br />Submitted For: Mark Riverblood, Engineering/Public Works <br />By: MaryJo Warner, Engineering/Public Works <br />4. 18. <br />Information <br />Title <br />Adopt Resolution #14-06-106 approving partial payment to American Liberty Construction Inc. for IP 13-14 <br />Elmcrest Park's Community Building <br />Purpose/Background: <br />In May of 2014 the Parks & Assistant Public Works Superintendent inspected the completed work and recommends <br />partial payment to American Liberty Construction for $78,321.53. This partial payment was approved as part of the <br />May bill approvals and payment was issued . A follow up resolution should have been presented to the City <br />Council for adoption at its May 27, 2014 meeting.
