Tinklenberg 6rOup <br />he interchange of strategies and solution <br />Amendment # 4 <br />2013 Consulting Services Agreement <br />June, 2014 <br />It is hereby mutually agreed that the 2013 Consulting Services Agreement between the <br />City of Ramsey and The Tinklenberg Group is amended to provide for the following <br />additional services intended to advance the construction of the Trunk Highway 10 and <br />Armstrong Boulevard interchange: <br />1) Work with key legislators and legislative leaders to establish and secure a <br />minimum allocation of at least $8 million dollars from the Local Road <br />Improvement appropriation to the Armstrong interchange project. <br />2) Maintaining effective communication with the MnDOT Commissioner and the <br />MnDOT Metro District Engineer regarding the earliest possible date by which <br />LRI funding can be made available for Armstrong project support. <br />3) Continue to develop and implement effective community and regional support <br />for the construction of the Armstrong Boulevard interchange <br />In order to implement these additional services, this amendment extends the term of the <br />original agreement through July 31, 2014, at a total cost not to exceed $5,000.00. <br />Agreed and Approved By: <br />Sarah Strommen, Mayor Elwyn Tinklenberg, President <br />City of Ramsey The Tinklenberg Group <br />Date <br />Date <br />ph 763-783-1288 • fax 763-783-9262 • 11234 forest court • minneapolis, mn 55449 <br />
