Timing and Cost <br />The majority of the activities identified in this proposal will occur during the remaining <br />four months of the 2013 legislative session. The balance of the activities, primarily <br />related to the pursuit of federal funding options, will occur at a reduced level of effort <br />over a longer period of time while those requests are being considered. Because it is <br />uncertain what if any consulting services might be required following the end of the <br />Minnesota legislative session, it is proposed that the term of this agreement would end <br />with the 2013 legislative session. Any additional services required by the city beyond that <br />point could be amended to this agreement at that time by mutual consent of the parties. <br />The work elements identified above would begin immediately upon signing of this <br />consulting services agreement. Total cost shall not exceed $30,000 and invoices <br />submitted to the city will be on an actual time expended basis at the following hourly <br />rates: Partner - $250, Project Assistant - $150, Administration - $100.
