Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #14-06-122 A RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF ALPINE WOODS THIRD ADDITION. WHEREAS, Oakwood Land Development, Inc_, hereinafter referred to as "Applicant", has properly applied for final plat approval of ALPINE WOODS THIRD ADDITION on the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: Outlot C, Alpine Woods -Or upon recording - Lots 1, Block, ALPINE WOODS THIRD ADDITION (the "Subject Property") WHEREAS, on August 3, 2013, the City of Ramsey received an application for sketch plan, final plat, and variance from the Applicant for a plat to be named ALPINE WOODS THIRD ADDITION; and WHEREAS, on September 3, 2013, the Planning Commission reviewed the sketch plan and recommended that the Applicant modify the proposed alteration to the temporary cul-de-sac; and WHEREAS, on November 7, 2013, the Planning Commission reviewed a revised sketch plan, which still had documented opposition to reducing the size of the cul-de-sac due to on - street parking and emergency vehicle access; and WHEREAS, on February 6, 2014, the Planning Commission reviewed another revised sketch plan, which now does not propose to modify the existing temporary cul-de-sac, which will now become a permanent cul-de-sac due to lack of redevelopment on the parcel to the north; and WHEREAS, on June 24, 2014, the City Council reviewed the final plat. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants final plat approval to ALPINE WOODS THIRD ADDITION in accordance with relevant codes. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
