AMENDMENT TWO TO LEASE <br />DATE: June 13th, 2014 <br />PROPERTY ADDRESS <br />6701 Highway 10 Hwy 10 NW Ramsey, Minnesota 55303 <br />WHEREAS, City of Ramsey (Landlord) and Pact Charter School (Tenant) have <br />entered into a Lease Agreement dated July 11th, 2013 ("Lease") and Amendment One of <br />the Lease, dated Octoberl, 2013 ("Amendment"). <br />WHEREAS, The Tenant wishes to extend the Lease for an additional one (1) year term. <br />NOW THEREFORE: Landlord and Tenant agree to the following: <br />1) Tenant's term shall be extended for One (1) year beginning August 1, 2014 and <br />expiring on July 31, 2015. <br />2) Except as expressly amended hereby, all of the terms, provisions, covenants and <br />conditions of the Lease are hereby ratified and confirmed and shall continue in <br />full force and effect. <br />Landlord Tenant <br />City of Ramsey Pact Charter.Sc <br />By: By:�.,,''6 <br />Its: - 14 4 1- 6 }. c- <br />Date: Dater 4iii42,0i4/ <br />
