As part of our daily tasks, we will check the <br />site for perimeter erosion control, soil stabilization concerns, and periodically check the construction contractor's <br />NPDES inspection diaries for conformance with the NPDES permit. <br />Our inspector will meet with the project engineer on a regular basis to prepare partial pay vouchers. They will <br />work together on determining payment for materials on hand, assuring the proper material certifications have been <br />received and that all required testing has been conducted prior to approval for payment. <br />During the construction process, our inspectors will document any construction plan modifications. Upon <br />completion of construction, they will prepare the fmal documentation including but not limited to: preparation of <br />as -built plans, final documentation of construction material pay items and material certifications. <br />TASK 10: CLOSEOUT AND FEDERAL AUDIT <br />This task includes final documentation in accordance with federal guidelines. All documentation will be printed <br />and organized to allow for federal auditors to review compliance with all regulations and guidelines associated <br />with a Federal Aid project. <br />If an audit occurs, we will work with the auditors to review all documentation and supplement any reasonable <br />requests for additional documentation. <br />Bolton & Menk is aware that most recently constructed Federal Aid projects has been subjected to audits and we <br />will assist the City in completing the audit. <br />
