Both parties, however, recognize that such <br />information may materially change and, in that event, the Owner and the Architect shall appropriately adjust the <br />schedule, the Architect's services and the Architect's compensation. <br />ARTICLE 2 ARCHITECT'S RESPONSIBILITIES <br />§ 2.1 The Architect shall provide the professional services as set forth in this Agreement. <br />AIA Document B101 TM — 2007 (formerly B151 T" — 1997).
