Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #14-07-133 <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF FINAL DESIGN PLANS AND <br />SPECIFICATIONS FOR CITY IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #14-28; MUNICIPAL <br />PARKING RAMP EQUIPMENT ENCLOSURE IMPROVEMENTS <br />WHEREAS, an environmentally controlled equipment enclosure is required to store <br />miscellaneous City -owned equipment at the Municpal Center; and <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to consensus approval of the City Council at their June 24, 2014 <br />City Council Work Session for Stage One of the Municpal Parking Ramp Equipment Enclosure <br />Improvements; and <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to consensus approval of the City Council at their June 24, 2014 <br />City Council Work Session for proceeding with Stage Two of the Municpal Parking Ramp <br />Equipment Enclosure Improvements using the Design Development Option 2 concept. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA: <br />1) The City Administrator is hereby authorized to contract with LSA Design, Inc. to <br />complete Stage Two of the Municpal Parking Ramp Equipment Enclosure Improvements <br />including the completion of final design and preparation of final plans and specifications <br />for Design Development Option 2. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />XX and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council <br />this the 8th day of July, 2014. <br />Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />City Clerk <br />
