section 7.94.12, for all reportable transactions, by transferring it from their <br />computer to the police department via modem. All required records must be <br />transmitted completely and accurately after the close of business each day in <br />accordance with standards and procedures established by the issuing authority. <br /> <br />Dealers who do not report via modem, shall make available to the Chief of <br />Police every day, before the hour of 12:00 noon a complete, legible and correct <br />copy of the records required for all transactions which occurred on the <br />previous day. A duplicate copy of the records herein shall be kept at the <br />licensee's place of business for three (3) years, and shall be available for police <br />inspection at any reasonable time. <br /> <br />7.94.15 Prohibited acts. The following acts are prohibited under this Section: <br /> <br />mo <br /> <br />No person under the age of eighteen (18) years may sell or consign, or attempt to <br />sell or consign, any goods with any dealer, nor may any dealer receive any goods <br />from a person under the age of eighteen (18) years. <br /> <br />B. No dealer may receive any goods from a person of unsound mind or an intoxicated <br /> person. <br /> <br />No dealer may receive any item of property that possesses an altered or obliterated <br />serial nulnber or "operation identification" number, or any item of property that <br />has had its serial number removed. <br /> <br />7.94.1.6 Denial, suspension or revocation. Any license under this Section may be denied, <br />suspended or revoked for one or more of the following reasons: <br /> <br />A. The proposed use does not comply with the Ramsey Zoning Code. <br /> <br />B. The proposed use does not comply with any health, building, building <br /> maintenance or other provisions of this City Code or state law. <br /> <br />C. The applicant or dealer has failed to comply with one or more provisions of this <br /> Section. <br /> <br />The applicant is not a citizen of the United States or a resident alien, or upon <br />whom it is impractical or impossible to conduct a background or financial <br />investigation due to the unavailability of information. <br /> <br />E. Fraud, misrepresentation, or bribery in securing or renewing a license. <br /> <br />F. Fraud, misrepresentation or false statements made in the application and <br /> investigation for, or in the course of, the applicant's business. <br /> <br />G. Business practices, or conduct, deemed by the issuing authority to be contrary to <br /> the best interests, or safety, of the public. <br /> <br /> <br />
