age, nor knowingly from persons under the influence of any chemical substance or those of unsound <br />mind. <br /> <br />7.13.09 Hours of Operation. From 9:00 p.m. Saturday to 7:00 a.m. Monday, no property shall <br />be received as a pledge or purchase by any pawnbroker; nor shall any property be sold during said hours <br />by any pawnbroker, nor on any other day before 7:00 a.m., nor on any day after 9:00 p.m. Further, no <br />pawnbroker may be open for business on any legal holiday or on a Sunday. <br /> <br />7.13.10 Verification of Identification of Property. All employees of a pawn shop shall verify <br />the identification information of any pawned property by personal inspection of the property to <br />determine any serial number or other identification information on the property. <br /> <br />7.13.11 Revocation of License. Pursuant to §7.01.08, any violation of the terms of this Section <br />or any provision of the City Code shall be grounds for suspension and/or revocation of the license issued <br />pursuant to this Section. A license may be suspended and/or revoked by the Council only for cause and <br />only after adequate notice to the licensee with the full opportunity for the licensee to be heard. <br /> <br />7.13.12 Receipt Required. Every licensee must provide a receipt to the party identified in every <br />reportable transaction and must maintain a duplicate of that receipt for three (3) years. The receipt must <br />include at least the following information: <br /> <br />A. The name, address and telephone number of the licensed business. <br /> <br />B. The date and time the item was received by the licensee. <br /> <br />C. Whether the item was pawned or sold, or the nature of the transaction. <br /> <br />An accurate description of each item received including, but not limited to, any <br />trademark, identification number, serial number, model number, brand name, or <br />other identifying mark on such an item. <br /> <br />The signature or unique identifier of the licensee or employee that conducted the <br />transaction. <br /> <br />F. The amount advanced or paid. <br /> <br />G. The monthly and annual interest rates, including all pawn fees and charges. <br /> <br />Ho <br /> <br />The last regular day of business by which the item must be redeemed by the pledger <br />without risk that the item will be sold, and the amount necessary to redeem the <br />pawned item on that date. <br /> <br />The full name, residence address, residence telephone number, and date of birth of <br />the pledger or seller. <br /> <br /> <br />
