1 111111 Hil IIIIIIRII EIIINNYUAI Record ID 2916998 Commissioner Van Scoy introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #14 -07 -135 RESOLUTION GRANTING A VARIANCE TO MAXIMUM CUL -DE -SAC LENGTH IN RIDGEPOINTE WHEREAS, Village Bank, hereafter referred to as "Developer ", properly applied for comprehensive plan amendment, zoning amendment, and preliminary plat approval of the following property, described in Exhibit A, attached hereto, located in the City of Ramsey: (Subject Property) WHEREAS, on April 3, 2014, the Planning Commission reviewed a Sketch Plan for an unnarned Plat, now known as RIDGEPOINTE, at which time the Planning Commission directed the Developer to postpone further review on the Comprehensive Plan Amendment, and therefore the Plat itself, until completion of the Highway 10 Access Planning Study; and WHEREAS, on June 4, 2014, the City of Ramsey received an application from Village Bank, Inc for Comprehensive Plan Amendment, Zoning Amendment, and Preliminary Plat approval of RIDGEPOINTE; and WHEREAS, on July 10, the Planning Commission conducted a Public Hearing for a request for a Variance; and WHEREAS, also on July 10, 2014, the Planning Commission adopted Resolution #12- 07 -134, adopting Findings of Fact #0930 related to the request. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY , STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the Ramsey Planning Commission hereby grants a Variance to maximum cul -de -sac length as proposed on the Preliminary Plat for RIDGEPOINTE. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Commissioner Nosan, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Chairperson Levine Commissioner Van Scoy Commissioner Nosan Commissioner Bauer and the following voted against the same: None 2089559.001
