From my prospective, I believe the <br />type of construction they have planned would be consistent with their house's exterior <br />and the building placement on his property next to the pool would be the best <br />location. With that in mind, I am in support of the city granting Michael Musenbrock and <br />Kim Barry the variance needed to proceed with the project. <br />James Fennick <br />
