<br />Councilmember Backous introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #14-08-166 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF RABBIT MEADOWS <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, <br /> Eric and Karla Thomsen, hereafter referred to as “Developer”, properly <br />applied for final plat approval of the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: <br /> <br />That part of the south 560 feet of the Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of <br />Section 8, Township 32, Range 25 lying west of the east 542 feet thereof; as <br />measured along the north line of said Quarter Quarter, except road subject to <br />easement of record, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br /> (Subject Property) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br />on June 5, 2014, the Planning Commission reviewed the Sketch Plan for <br />RABBIT MEADOWS and directed the Developer to proceed with preparation of the preliminary <br />plat; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br />on June 27, 2014, the City of Ramsey received an application from the <br />Developer for preliminary plat consideration of RABBIT MEADOWS; <br /> <br />WHEREAS <br /> , on July 10, 2014, the Planning Commission conducted a Public Hearing on <br />the preliminary plat for RABBIT MEADOWS, approved a variance to maximum allowable cul- <br />de-sac length, and recommended City Council approval of the preliminary plat; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS <br /> , on August 6, 2014, the City of Ramsey received an application from the <br />Developer for final plat consideration of RABBIT MEADOWS. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY , STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> <br />1)That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants final plat approval to RABBIT MEADOWS in <br />accordance with relevant City Codes, contingent upon compliance with the Staff Review Letter <br />dated August 22, 2014, and upon Developer entering into a Development Agreement with the <br />City of Ramsey. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Johns, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br /> Mayor Strommen <br /> Councilmember Backous <br /> Councilmember Johns <br /> Councilmember Kuzma <br /> Councilmember LeTourneau <br /> Councilmember Tossey <br /> <br /> <br />
