<br />Councilmember Backous introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #14-08-168 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF PINE RIDGE <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, <br />Gerald and Jane Davis, hereinafter referred to as "Developer", properly <br />applied to the City of Ramsey (the "City") for final plat of the following described property located <br />in the City of Ramsey: <br /> <br />The Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 3, Township 32, Range <br />25, Anoka County, Minnesota. <br /> <br />AND <br /> <br />That part of the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 3, <br />Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County Minnesota, lying Northeasterly of County <br />State Aid Highway 5. Subject to any easements, restrictions or reservations of <br />record, if any. <br /> <br />(the "Subject Property") <br /> <br />WHEREAS <br />, on May 1, 2014, the Planning Commission reviewed the Sketch Plan for <br />PINE RIDGE and directed the Developer to proceed with preparation of the preliminary plat; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS <br />, on June 12, 2014, the City of Ramsey received an application for Preliminary <br />Plat approval for PINE RIDGE from the Developer; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS <br />, on August 7, 2014, the Planning Commission conducted a Public Hearing on <br />the preliminary plat for PINE RIDGE; <br /> <br />WHEREAS <br />, on August 14, 2014, the City of Ramsey received an application for Final <br />Plat approval for PINE RIDGE from the Developer. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> <br />1)That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants final plat approval to PINE RIDGE in <br />accordance with relevant City Codes and contingent upon compliance with the Staff <br />Review Letter dated August 22, 2014 and upon Developer entering into a Development <br />Agreement with the City of Ramsey. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Johns, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br /> Mayor Strommen <br /> <br />
