We discussed several others as well (about 10 <br />total). <br />1. 167 Avenue /Highway 47 Commercial Node, City Owned Property. <br />2. 142n Avenue Industrial Area (not against Ramsey Blvd.), City Owned Property. <br />3. West Highway 10 Industrial Area, Keller Williams Listing. <br />4. West Highway 10 Industrial Area, Tom Sauter. <br />Generally, Mr. Janzen was appreciative of the time and effort put in by staff to review these properties (about 2 <br />hours).
