(5) Signing as regulated by this Code. (6) Temporary seasonal sales. (7) Motor vehicle implement and recreational indoor storage when accessory to sales and service. (8) Open and outdoor storaae as an accessory use not to exceed 30 percent of the property provided that (this Section takes precedence over other provisions of this Chapter as it relates to this District : a. Storaae area may only be located in the side or rear yard. The storaae area may not be located in the front yard. b. Storaae area is surfaced with concrete or bituminous with continuous B6/12 concrete curb and autter if located in the side yard. c. Storaae area may be surfaced with Class V Gravel in the rear yard provided that: 1. The aravel depth must be at least two (2) inches. 2. The storaae area must be setback at least 20 feet from public riahts of way. 3. The storaae area must be setback at least 35 feet from adiacent residential properties. 4. The aravel surface must be kept free of veaetative cover and routinely maintained. 5. The size of the aravel surface may not exceed the size of areas surfaced with concrete or bituminous on the property or 30 percent of the aross lot area. whichever is less. d. Items stored outdoors shall comply with Chapter 30 of the Ramsey City Code entitled Public Nuisances. (9) Seasonal outdoor storaae of marine boats from September 1 throuah May 31 in accordance with Subd. (8) of this Section. except that seasonal storaae of marine boats may be parked on an unimproved surface in the rear yard. (e) Standards.
