Face brick; <br />b. Stucco; <br />c. Glass; <br />d. Natural stone; <br />e. Specifically designed pre -cast concrete units whose surfaces have been integrally treated <br />with an applied decorative material or texture; <br />f. Vinyl, metal, wood siding or accents; <br />(3) <br />Factory fabricated panel materials if the panel material is to be of those noted in subsections <br />a through f of this section; and <br />h. Other material as may be approved by the planning and zoning commission and council. <br />Combinations of such materials shall be permitted. <br />Vehicular access points shall be limited and shall be designed to create minimum conflict through <br />traffic movements. At such time that new construction and expansion of existing uses are initiated <br />practical efforts should be made to eliminate multiple accesses on a single parcel and to share <br />vehicular access points with adjoining properties to minimize the total number of access points <br />within the district. <br />g. <br />(4) The entire site shall have a drainage system, which is subject to the approval of the city engineer. <br />
