Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #14-09-191 <br />A RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF TRAPPERS RIDGE 2ND <br />ADDITION. <br />WHEREAS, Greg Bauer, hereinafter referred to as "Applicant", has properly applied for <br />final plat approval of TRAPPERS RIDGE 2ND ADDITION on the following described property <br />as described in Exhibit A attached hereto: <br />-Or upon recording - <br />Lots 1 and 2, Block 1, and Outlot A, TRAPPERS RIDGE 2ND ADDITION <br />(the "Subject Property") <br />WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey received an application for sketch plan, final plat, and <br />variance from the Applicant for a plat to be named TRAPPERS RIDGE 2ND ADDITION; and <br />WHEREAS, on June 5, 2014, the Planning Commission reviewed the sketch plan and <br />recommended that the Applicant proceed to the final plat stage; and <br />WHEREAS, on September 9, 2014, the City Council reviewed the final plat. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants final plat approval to TRAPPERS RIDGE 2ND <br />ADDITION in accordance with relevant codes and contingent upon compliance with the City <br />Staff Review File. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br />
