2.02: Further Discussion of 2015 Proposed Budget and Levy <br />The consensus of the Council was to schedule a Work Session on September 2, 2014, starting at <br />6 p.m., to consider the 2015 proposed budget and levy. <br />2.04: Discuss an Ordinance Licensing Massage Establishments and Massage Therapists <br />It was the consensus of the Council to table consideration of an ordinance licensing massage <br />establishments and massage therapists to the September 2, 2014, Work Session, as this item was <br />not time sensitive. <br />3. TOPICS FOR FUTURE DISCUSSION <br />Noted. <br />4. MAYOR / COUNCIL / STAFF INPUT <br />Mayor Strommen asked City Administrator Ulrich to provide licensing information during <br />tonight's Council meeting relating to puppies that had been sold during Game Fair. <br />5.
