oRDINANCE NO. 03-$2 <br /> <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER <br />- 5 OF THE RAMSEY CITY CODE, WHICH <br /> CHAPTER IS KNOWN AS THE "MUNICI- <br /> PAL REGULATIONS" CHAPTER OF THE <br /> CITY CODE. <br /> AN ORDINANCE ADDING SECTION <br /> 5.17 TO CHAPTER 5 OF THE RAMSEY <br /> CITY CODE, WHICH SECTION IS FNTI- <br /> TLED "CLANDESTINE DRUG LABS." <br /> The City of Ramsey Ordains: <br /> SECTION 1. SUMMARY <br />! The following is an official summary: <br /> of Ordinance #03-52 adding a Section.to' <br />Chapter 5 of the Ramsey City Code enti- <br />· tied "Municipal Regulations/' The adop- <br /> tion of this Ordinance adds Section 5.17 <br />· "Clandestine Drug Labs". The purpose <br /> of this ordinance is to reduce public <br /> exposure to health risks where la~v <br /> enforcement authorities have deter- <br /> mined that hazardous chemicals from a <br /> suspected clandestine drug lab or associ-. <br /> ated dumpsite may exit..This Ordinance <br />, establishes the responsibilities of the <br />: property owner involving testing, <br /> cleanup, costs, and determination of <br /> property risks involving safe human <br /> occupancy of the site.
