Councilmember Kurak introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION 03-08-200 446950 RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF SUNFISH BUSINESS PARK 2m> ADDITION WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey acquired property in the Industrial District for development purposes; and WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey, hereafter referred to as "Developer", has properly applied for final plat approval of the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: Lots 1 and 4, Block 1, Sunfish Lake Business Park, Anoka County, Minnesota - or upon recording - Sunfish Lake Business Park 2nd Addition AND WHEREAS, the Ramsey Planning Commission approved the sketch plan on July 10, 2003; and WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council approved the final plat on August 12, 2003; WHEREAS, park dedication requirements will be satisfied as part of the Tax Increment Financing agreement between the City of Ramsey and the individual developers of each lot. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants final plat approval to Sunfish Business Park 2nd Addition contingent on compliance with City Staff Review Letter dated August 7, 2003 and in accordance with relevant City Codes. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Pearson, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Gamec Councilmember Kurak Councilmember Pearson Councilmember Cook Councihnember Elvig Councilmember Strommen
