Norman' <br />Assistant City Administrator Heidi Nelson <br />Director of Public Works/Fire Chief Dean Kapler <br />Community Development Director Sylvia Frolik <br />Associate Planner Megan Wald <br />Police Chief James Way <br /> <br />at the <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec called the special session of the City Council to order at 5:38 p.m. <br /> <br />SPECIAL SESSION TOPICS FOR DISCUSSION <br /> <br />Case #1: <br /> <br />Consider Adopting Resolution Releasing Certain Real Property in Section 28 <br />from a Development Agreement <br /> <br />City Administrator Norman stated that in 1981, the City of Ramsey and Larry Milless entered <br />into an agreement titled "Agreement to Guarantee Compliance with Development Conditions <br />Established by the City of Ramsey" and which agreement pertained to the Milless property. Staff <br />explained that Mr. Milless no longer owns the property, as it is a part of the Town Center project. <br />The 1981 Agreement is still of record and needs to be formally released by the City through a <br />resolution. <br /> <br />City Council Special Meeting/November 3, 2003 <br /> Page 1 of 2 <br /> <br /> <br />
