PUBLIC WORKS COMMITTEE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />The Public Works Committee conducted a regular meeting on Thursday, August 14, 2014 at the <br />Ramsey Municipal Center, 7550 Sunwood Drive NW, Ramsey, Minnesota. <br />Members Present: Acting Chairperson Chris Riley <br />Councilmember Jill Johns (Alternate) <br />Absent: Chairperson Randy Backous <br />Councilmember Mark Kuzma <br />Also Present: City Administrator Kurtis Ulrich <br />City Engineer Bruce Westby <br />Development Services Manager Timothy Gladhill <br />Public Works Superintendent Grant Reimer <br />1. CALL TO ORDER <br />Acting Chairperson Riley called the regular meeting of the Public Works Committee to order at <br />6:00 p.m. <br />2. CITIZEN INPUT <br />There was none. <br />3. APPROVE AGENDA <br />Public Works Superintendent Riemer noted Agenda Item 6.02, Traffic Concerns Near 146th Ave. <br />and Iodine Street, would be considered prior to Agenda Item 5.01 due to the presence of <br />residents who wished to speak on the matter. <br />Motion by Councilmember Johns, seconded by Acting Chairperson Riley, to move Agenda Item <br />6.2 to be considered prior to Agenda Item 5.1 and to approve the agenda, as amended. <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Acting Chairperson Riley and Councilmember Johns. Voting No: <br />None. Absent: Chairperson Backous and Councilmember Kuzma. <br />4.
