NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> <br />1)That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants a comprehensive plan amendment for Lots 1- <br />7 and Outlots B, C, and D, RIDGEPOINTE from Places to Work to Low Density <br />Residential and directs Staff to submit an application to the Metropolitan Council for <br />Comprehensive Plan Amendment, subject to adjacent agency review if required. Outlot A <br />shall remain as places to Work. <br /> <br />2)That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants preliminary plat approval to RIDGEPOINTE <br />in accordance with relevant City Codes contingent upon compliance with the City Staff <br />Review Letter dated July 3, 2014. <br /> <br />3)Items #1-3 above are all contingent upon the following: <br /> <br />a.The Developer shall enter into a Development Agreement with the City. <br /> <br />b.The Developer shall secure a Letter of Map Revision (LOMR) prior to Final Plat <br />approval. <br /> <br />c.Removal of Highway 10 Access Planning Study ‘Tungsten Street Area’ Local <br />Road Alternative #2, which is a backage road for 13601 Tungsten Street and <br />6100, 6120, and 6140 Highway 10, is removed from the Highway 10 Access <br />Planning Study. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Kuzma, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br /> Mayor Strommen <br /> Councilmember LeTourneau <br /> Councilmember Kuzma <br /> Councilmember Johns <br /> Councilmember Tossey <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br /> Councilmember Backous <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br /> Councilmember Riley <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #14-08-136 <br />Page 2 of 4 <br /> <br /> <br />
