<br /> <br />Councilmember Backous introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #14-09-184 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING CASH DONATION OF EARNINGS FROM J. TODD <br />EMBURY, ELECTION WORKER. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, <br />the City of Ramsey has received cash donation(s) from J. Todd Embury in <br />the amount of $ 180.00; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> the donor in the past has elected to restrict the purpose of the donation to <br />the Park Improvement Fund. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby accepts donation made by J. Todd Embury in the <br />amount of $ 180.00. <br /> <br />2) The donation shall be applied to the Park Improvement Fund. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />LeTourneau, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br /> Mayor Strommen <br /> Councilmember Backous <br /> Councilmember LeTourneau <br /> Councilmember Johns <br /> Councilmember Kuzma <br /> Councilmember Riley <br /> Councilmember Tossey <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
