EX2-IIB IT EI <br /> <br />Certificate of Completion <br /> <br /> A. tLga'viSEY TOl,qv~' CENTER LLC, a Ivfirmesota limited liabii_i~ company (the ~_ <br />"Developer"), by a Master Development Ageement with the City of IKm'nsey, Minnesota (the <br />"City"), dated effective as of ,2003, [as amended] (the "Contract"),.has <br />agreed to complete the Developer Public Improvements, as deined m and in accordance with the <br />Contract: on that ce~ain real prope~y (the "Prope~y") located in A_noka Coun~, Minnesota, ' <br />described on the a~ached Exhibit A. <br /> <br /> B. The Developer has substantially completed construction of the Developer Public <br />Improvements as required under the Contract. <br /> <br /> C.
