CASE <br /> <br />AUTHORIZE CONSULTING CONTRACT FOR NEGOTIATIONS FOR <br />MISSISSIPPI STORM DRAINAGE SUB-DISTRICT NO. 1 <br /> By: James E. Norman, City Administrator <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />During the Council work session of January 6, City Council discussed Mississippi Storm <br />Drainage Sub-District No. 1. As part of the Council discussion, staff was directed to develop a <br />Council case for consideration that would add to The Tinklenberg Group contract some <br />assistance with the Mississippi Storm Drainage Sub-District No. 1.
