Further discussion: Councilmember Zimmerman inquired if the issue will be brought back to the Council. Assistant Director of Public Works Olson replied that the case will be brought back to the Council before they advertise for bids. Motion can-ied. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, and Councilmembers Kurak, Cook, Elvig, Pearson, Strommen, and Zirnmerman. Voting No: None. Case #16a: Adopt Resolution Authorizing Staff to Enter into Benefits Contracts with Blue Cross Blue Shield, Delta Dental, and Standard Insurance for 2004 Motion by Councilmember Cook, seconded by Councilmember Elvig, to adopt Resolution #03~ 12-341 authorizing staff to enter into benefit contracts with Blue Cross Blue Shield, Delta Dental, and Standard Insurance for 2004. Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, and Councilmembers Cook, Elvig, Kurak, Pearson, Strommen, and Zin-nnennan. Voting No: None. Case #17: City Administrator's Performance Evaluation The City Council met in a closed session to complete City Administrator James E. Norman's performmme appraisal. MAYOR AND COUNCIL INPUT I) November 25, 2003 City Council Minutes Councilmember Strommen stated that she wanted to clarify the language in the minutes pertaining to Case #13. She explained that the language should be arnended to read "One comment in the proposed letter is that the City of Ramsey be classified as a "developing area." Motion by Councilmember Elvig, seconded by Councilmember Strommen, to approve the November 25, 2003 City Council meeting minutes as amended. Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, and Councilmembers Elvig, Strommen, Cook, Kurak, Pearson, and Zimmerman. Voting No: None. 2) Meeting with Anoka Regarding Transportation Issues Councilmember Kurak stated that it was very important that they schedule a meeting with Anoka. to discuss transportation issues.
