Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #14-09-196 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT FOR RABBIT <br />MEADOWS <br />WHEREAS, Eric and Karla Thomsen, hereafter referred to as "Developer", properly <br />applied for final plat approval of the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: <br />That part of the south 560 feet of the Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of <br />Section 8, Township 32, Range 25 lying west of the east 542 feet thereof; as <br />measured along the north line of said Quarter Quarter, except road subject to <br />easement of record, Anoka County, Minnesota <br />(Subject Property) <br />WHEREAS, on June 5, 2014, the Planning Commission reviewed the Sketch Plan for <br />RABBIT MEADOWS and directed the Developer to proceed with preparation of the preliminary <br />plat; and <br />WHEREAS, on June 27, 2014, the City of Ramsey received an application from Eric and <br />Karla Thomsen for preliminary plat review of RABBIT MEADOWS; and <br />WHEREAS, on July 10, 2014, the Planning Commission conducted a Public Hearing on <br />the preliminary plat for RABBIT MEADOWS. <br />WHEREAS, on July 22, 2014, the City Council approved the preliminary plat with <br />conditions. <br />WHEREAS, on August 6, 2014, the City of Ramsey received an application from the <br />Developer for final plat consideration of RABBIT MEADOWS. <br />WHEREAS, on August 26, 2014, the City Council approved the final plat with conditions. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY , STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby approves the Development Agreement for Rabbit <br />Meadows. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />
