Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #14-09-196 RESOLUTION APPROVING THE DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT FOR RABBIT MEADOWS WHEREAS, Eric and Karla Thomsen, hereafter referred to as "Developer", properly applied for final plat approval of the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: That part of the south 560 feet of the Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 8, Township 32, Range 25 lying west of the east 542 feet thereof; as measured along the north line of said Quarter Quarter, except road subject to easement of record, Anoka County, Minnesota (Subject Property) WHEREAS, on June 5, 2014, the Planning Commission reviewed the Sketch Plan for RABBIT MEADOWS and directed the Developer to proceed with preparation of the preliminary plat; and WHEREAS, on June 27, 2014, the City of Ramsey received an application from Eric and Karla Thomsen for preliminary plat review of RABBIT MEADOWS; and WHEREAS, on July 10, 2014, the Planning Commission conducted a Public Hearing on the preliminary plat for RABBIT MEADOWS. WHEREAS, on July 22, 2014, the City Council approved the preliminary plat with conditions. WHEREAS, on August 6, 2014, the City of Ramsey received an application from the Developer for final plat consideration of RABBIT MEADOWS. WHEREAS, on August 26, 2014, the City Council approved the final plat with conditions. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY , STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby approves the Development Agreement for Rabbit Meadows. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the same: and the following abstained:
