2 <br />4) Work with federal and state representatives to identify and prepare for <br />opportunities to fund the next generation of city identified transportation <br />improvements in the TH 10 corridor. <br />In order to implement these additional services, this amendment extends the term of the <br />original agreement through November 7, 2014 at a total cost of $6,700.00. Work will begin <br />immediately upon approval of the amendment by the city and, due to the nature of the tasks <br />involved, will be reimbursed as a professional retainer agreement with an initial payment of <br />$3,700.00 due at signing and the remaining $3,000.00 due on October 15, 2014.
