MPCA, would deny future stormwater permits for public improvement projects and private development <br />projects. <br />Funding Source: <br />Preparation and adoption of Ordinance #14-09 is being handled as part of regular Staff duties. Adoption of the <br />Ordinance will result in minor costs associated with republishing the modified stormwater management codes, <br />permits, plans, and ordinances, which would be paid through the Stormwater Fund. <br />Recommendation: <br />The Public Works Committee, Environmental Policy Board, and Planning Commission all recommended City <br />Council approval of Ordinance #14-09 amending City Code Chapter 117, Article II, Division 6 - Performance <br />Standards, Subdivision II. - Stormwater Pollution Control.
