COUNCIL BUSINESS <br />7.01: Introduce Ordinance #14-10 Amending Section 117-115 (B-2 Highway Business <br />District) and 117-120 (H-1 Highway 10 Business District) Allowing for Additional <br />Open and Outdoor Storage; Case of Skeeter Boat Centers <br />Community Development Director Gladhill reviewed the staff report and recommendation of <br />staff and the Planning Commission to introduce an ordinance allowing for additional open and <br />outdoor storage as it balances the needs of existing businesses, economic development goals, and <br />existing policies. <br />Motion by Councilmember Backous, seconded by Councilmember LeTourneau, to Introduce <br />Ordinance #14-10 Amending Section 117-115 (B-2 Highway Business District) and 117-120 (H- <br />1 Highway 10 Business District) of the Ramsey City Code. <br />Further discussion: The Council supported having a process and method in place to evolve the <br />ordinance and make adjustments should a relevant issue come forward. <br />Motion carried.
