City Council Liaison LeTourneau left the meeting at 8:31 p.m. <br />5.02: Subcommittee Updates <br />Board Member Hiatt reported that the Environmental Expo Subcommittee continues to move <br />forward, noting that the group is still attempting to gain a speaker for the event. <br />6. BOARD / STAFF INPUT <br />• July Meeting Date (currently scheduled for July 7, 2014) <br />City Planner Anderson noted that the July meeting is scheduled for July 7th, which is the Monday <br />following the July 4th weekend and confirmed that there would not be any scheduling conflicts. <br />• Other <br />City Planner Anderson stated that he believed the Council has selected a resident to fill the <br />vacant position on the Board and believed that the new Member would join the group at the July <br />meeting. <br />7.
