3) Establishment Of New Purchasing__Policy - <br /> <br />Mr. Schnelle stated that Staff is obtaining legal <br />interpretation of requirements in Charter Section 7.07.02 <br />regarding purchasing policy. <br /> <br />4) Budget Process - <br /> <br />Mr. Schnelle stated that the Charter requires deeper detail <br />on the Long Term Financial Plan; it will be a more complete <br />document. <br /> <br />5) Bonding For Improvements - <br /> <br />Mr. Schnelle stated that Section 7.10 of the Charter has been <br />forwarded to City's bonding consultant for comment. <br /> <br />6) Local Improvement Ordinance And Regulations - <br /> <br />Mr. Schnelle stated that City ordinances must reflect what <br />the Charter says and the City has 90 days to get in <br />compliance. <br /> <br />Case #10: Transfer Of Funds From Landfill Trust Fund #801 To <br /> General Fund #101: <br /> <br />Mr. Schnelle read proposed resolution #84-116 aloud. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Sorteberg and seconded by Councilmember <br />Schlueter to adopt Resolution #84-116 approving the transfer of <br />$7,060 from Landfill Trust Fund #801 to General Fund #101. <br />(Please refer to resolution file for Resolution #84-116). <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers <br />Sorteberg, Reimann and Schlueter. Voting No: None.
