PROCEEDINGS OF CITY COUNCIL <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />A regular meeting of the Ramsey City Council was held on Tuesday, <br />June 26, 1984 at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. <br />N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Mayor Tom Gamec <br />Councilmember Jean Schlueter <br />Councilmember Gary Reimann <br />Councilmember A1 Sorteberg <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />City Administrator Lloyd Schnelle <br />City Attorney William Goodrich <br />City Engineer Peter Raatikka <br />City Building Official Clayton Berg <br />Reporter Carolyn Thompson <br /> <br />Members Absent: Councilmember Sue Van Wagner <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec called the regular Council meeting to order at <br />7:36 p.m. and led in the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. <br /> <br />BOARD OF' ADJUSTMENT PUBLIC HEARING AND MEETING <br /> <br />The regular Council meeting adjourned at 7:36 p.m. in order to <br />conduct the following Board of Adjustment public hearings and <br />Board of Adjustment: <br /> <br />Board of Adjustment variance request for an accessory <br />building larger than permitted by City Code; case of <br />Mr. Richard Cich. <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />Board of Adjustment variance request to place an accessory <br />building in front of the front setback of the principle <br />structure; case of Mr. Thomas Johnstone. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />Mr. Tom Rennet - Requesting a variance to subdivide by metes and <br />bounds a one acre parcel to be sold to Mr. Kummala for the <br />purpose of constructing a gymnasium. <br /> <br />Council consensus was to place Mr. Renner's request on the Council <br />Agenda under New Business, Case #14. <br /> <br />Don Klohn - Requesting a variance to setback requirement to put <br />an addition onto Princess Printing. <br /> <br />Council consensus was to place Mr. Klohn's request on the Council <br />Agenda under New Business, Case #15. <br /> <br />C/June 26, 1984 <br /> Page 3 of 21 <br /> <br /> <br />
