Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Mr. Rick Foster stated that he met with DNR 6/11/84 and they <br />recommended the following: <br /> <br />Adjust the road south 30'; half on municipal property and <br />half on Raudio property. This will not interfer with the <br />park and ballfield. <br /> <br />Instead of going straight across the wetland, divert around <br />it towards the River and back again; this will have less of <br />an impact on the wetland. <br /> <br />Council has no objections to DNR's recommendations. <br /> <br />Case #8: Ordinance Revisions: <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Van Wagner and seconded by Councilmember <br />Sorteberg to adopt Ordinance #84-~ amending Ordinance #83-4 as <br />follows: <br /> <br />l) <br /> <br />Article 210.015K Streets: M.S.A./County R~ads - The first <br />sentence in paragraph one should be amende-~o read that <br />properties that have direct access to* M.S.A. streets and <br />County roads will be assessed for street improvements <br />to the land use, i.e. residential, commercial and industrial. <br />(*new language) <br /> <br />Article 170.039P Street Improvement Standards - The first <br />sentence in paragraph five should be revised to read <br />no occupancy permit* shall be issued for any lot in the <br />subdivision until the improvements required by the ~r~ <br />performance contract have been completed and accepted by <br />the City, except the occupancy permit* may be issued if <br />the only improvement to be completed is that of the final <br />street surfacing and curb and gutter.
