Councilmember Backous noted this occurred in a random parking lot and had nothing to do with <br />the Learning Lodge. <br />Councilmember Tossey stated a lot of children of police officers attend the Learning Lodge so <br />that was considered but found not to be the case. He stated he appreciated the clear information <br />provided to City Administrator Ulrich who could then inform the Council. <br />Mayor Strommen stated she was out of town during this incident and agreed it was correctly and <br />properly handled. She thanked Police Chief Way, Police Captain Katers, and City Administrator <br />Ulrich. <br />4. MAYOR / COUNCIL / STAFF INPUT <br />None <br />5.
