This plat is part <br />of an outlot created from a recently completed subdivision of the property located at 17201 Saint Francis <br />Boulevard. The Sketch Plan proposes to create one (1) new buildable lot from the existing outlot, which <br />was intended for potential future development. <br />The proposed plat is consistent with the Comprehensive Plan, which guides this area as rural residential <br />style development (Rural Developing). Lot 1 Block 1 of the proposed subdivision is a non -riparian lot <br />partially located within the Rum River Scenic Land Use District.
