The spirit of this potential <br />issue was concentrated on noise pollution backup power generators may create. <br />BUILDING DESIGN & SITE LAYOUT January 13, 2014 <br />The size and look of a potential data center was identified as a concern for surrounding property <br />owners. A massive rectangular shaped, poorly designed, institutional looking building may <br />conflict with the existing character of the surrounding neighborhood. <br />SPOT ZONING. TRAFFIC. SAFETY. PROPERTY VALUES February 03, 2014 <br />All items listed above were raised as concerns for surrounding property owners. Property values <br />dominated the conversation at this meeting.
