Mayor Gamec - I will take full responsibility for the final decision, but <br />I will never deny the citizens their right to get involved. <br /> <br />Paul Sitz - What is the hurry? Why not add an extra step of approval for the <br />developer to obtain? <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec - Time is important to a developer and the developer has to be <br />patient with this City because we are learning. We are cautious and like to <br />do it right. <br /> <br />Pa~l Sitz - Tonight's meeting is for concept approval only, you are not <br />approving the preliminary plan. <br /> <br />Mr. Goodrich - That is why Council wants time to draft a resolution, so the <br />developer does not misinterpret Council's action. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Sorteberg and seconded by Councilmember Van Wagner to <br />adjourn the public hearing . <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Reimann, <br />Schlueter and Van Wagner.
