's Saloon, Mr. James
R. Gilbertson owner, and not require a new license application. Reissuance of
<%,~-w license is contingent upon: 1) Payment by the applicant of the property
~?-taxes as levied by Anoka County, so that there will be no delinquent property
taxes of record, which means that the 1983 delinquent taxes and 1984 delinquent
taxes must be paid in full; 2) That the applicant provide to the City a Tax
Compliance Certificate from the Minnesota Department of Revenue, which
Certificate releases the Department of Revenue's objection to the City of
Ramsey reissuing the subject on-sale intoxicating liquor license; 3) That the
applicant provide to the City of Ramsey a Certificate of Dram Shop Insurance as
required by City Code; 4) That the City's Police Chief complete his
investigation as defined by City Code and there be a finding by the Police
Chief that the applicant has no criminal and/or liquor license violations which
would not ~ermit reissuance of the license; 5) That the applicant sign the
application for an on-sale intoxicating liquor license for the 1985/1986
license before a notary public and that this notarized application be presented
to the City; 6) That the applicant pay to the City it's required $4,200.00
license fee which includes a Sunday on-sale intoxicating liquor license fee.
In the event that all of the above contingencies have not been complied with
on or before August 5, 1985, the on-sale intoxicating liquor license will not
be reissued to the applicant and it will be necessary for the applicant to
apply for a.-~new license pursuant to Ramsey City Code procedures.

Motion carried.
