CONCEPTS CONSIDERED <br />can block access to the highway for several minutes and delay emergency responders who are located north on <br />Armstrong Blvd.. <br />Another benefit of this interchange is to increase the capacity of the intersection with Highway 10. The Center <br />of Ramsey (CORD development north of Highway 10 between Armstrong Blvd. and Ramsey Blvd. is expected to <br />produce thousands of additional trips per day as it becomes more built -out. The interchange will be able to <br />efficiently and safely manage that traffic as well as attract more development to the area. <br />The interchange will connect into the existing local/frontage road network south of the highway to provide <br />access to the remaining businesses. The Riverdale Dr. frontage road will also be extended east to Traprock St. <br />in a 2014 construction project.
