Presentation Information <br />a. A brief presentation was provided (see attached) and a roundtable discussion <br />occurred regarding access along the south side of Hwy 10, east of Sunfish Lake <br />Blvd. <br />b. Three conceptual layouts were presented and discussed (see attached). Comments <br />included: <br />• Several property owners expressed support for frontage road concepts. <br />Two property owners, west of Tungsten Street, expressed openness to <br />being purchased and relocated to allow the frontage road to connect to <br />Riverdale Drive. <br />• Several property owners are not supportive of frontage road concept, <br />siting loss of visibility and Hwy 10 frontage as primary concern. Business <br />loss and property value decline were primary concerns. <br />
